A lump on the breast is the best-known breast cancer symptoms. Lumps or masses in the breast are not unusual, and most of them are not cancerous. Some breast masses can be felt during a breast exam. Lump may form in the breast, chest or under the arm if the cancer is in the breast or near the chest wall.

Changes in breast skin could be breast cancer symptoms. Breast cancer may cause dimpling of skin (like an orange peel), wrinkled, rash, swollen or inflamed. A change in the breast skin’s appearance can be down to other factors. It may be caused by another less serious medical condition, some medications you have been taking or some other influence. Whatever the cause, you should have your doctor examination to make sure that the skin changes is not breast cancer symptoms.

Nipple discharge is one of breast cancer symptoms. The discharge may be clear, pus, bloody, green or yellow. See your doctor who will then be able to perform further tests and identify the nipple discharge is breast cancer symptoms or causes by other diseases.

Other breast cancer symptoms are changes in the shape or the size of the breast or a nipple, pain, thickening near the breast or underarm area without any specific reason.
